Hi,
I have a main report and six subreports that I have placed in the Report
footer. They are driven my some data entry forms that contain various
company information. There is a subreport that runs all of the email address
for a company, another that runs all of the computers for a company and a
third that runs all of the phones for a company. I have a master form with a
drop down. I have designed the report so that a user can select a company
and run this master report. It will list all of the phones, emails,
computers etc for a given company. The only problem is that not every
company has information that needs to be in a sub form. For instance, some
companies have an e-mail and computers but not phone data. When I run the
master report there is a big space for where the phone data would be if they
had any. But since they do not, there is a 2 in verticle space in my
report. It would be nice if access would simply move up the next subreport
so that the giant space is not there if there is no data for that subreport.
Can anyone help?
Thanks,
