Hi group.

I am the tech support of my app, which contain some not user-friend
functions (that could be use in extreme situations). I think about put a
prog, which all me to take the control of the app throw the web when the
final user ask to me.
(am i clear ??)

Any tips or pist for doing that using C# ?

Use TightVnc, it is a free remote control software that will give you
complete computer control from whereever you are.

It works over IP, and as such can be used over internet or modem for remote
maintenance.
