I had taipei on my old PC but now it isn't one of the
games on Windows xp. Does anyone know where I can get
that game? It was one of my favorites.

It lists almost every known (except the Japanese ones) solitaire
tile-matching mahjongg games available (online, freeware, shareware, retail)

The original freeware version of Taipei 3.1 is available on the freeware
page. But there are lots and lots of better free versions available...
