Tabs missing in folder properties

When I rightclick a folder and choose properties, I get the properties pane.
But there are only one tab present, the "general tab". The others have
disappaered - what can I do to get them back?
(Using Win XP SP1)
 
Open Windows Explorer>Tools>Folder Options>View tab
Click the Restore defaults button. If that does not accomplish
it, then make sure under files and folders the Display items
are checked. Click Apply and OK.
