Tabs in the task bar are missing!

Hello all

I don't know what really happened, but when I'm running any program or
application I cannot see it anymore in the task bar, I mean...I have many
programs running at the same time but none of them are shown in the task bar.
I have read something related to Task Manager running in Tiny Footprint
mode, but it seems it is not that case.
However the rest of the task bar features are ok.

The only solution i found is restoring the system but i wish to know how I
can solve this problem in a less drastic way
