Tablet PC Edition 2005 MUI Pack installation problem

I have an ACER Travelmate C 100 with OS Windows XP Tablet
edition. I successfully intalled XP SP 2 and then I tried
to install "Tablet PC Edition 2005 MUI Pack" to transform
the OS menu in italian (I know that must wait
next "Microsoft Windows Tablet PC Recognizer Pack" to
handwriting recognize), but installation of 2005 MUI pack
has stopped because can't proceed windows installer.
Is this a microsoft bug or I need something to go on ?
Someone can help me ?
