Hi all--
A little background first...as part of a fundraiser each year we have a
reverse drawing with about 500 names on a board. A name/number is called and
that person is eliminated from the drawing. The last name(s) left get to
split the money. Very sucessful for our group over the years but time/labor
consuming to put the names on velcro and then hunt them down on the big board.
Already having a projector and powerpoint in use for the dinner I was
thinking that I could create a table with all the names and then simply use
the "find" function in edit to locate the names as they are called out--it
then becomes much less cumbersome. So far so good. Here's my question:
Is there a way I can project this table on the screen without all the
editing tools, etc showing up?

Thanks...that might do it. I could have a master slide printed out to help

I think you could then give each rectangle an animation setting that'll
make it
disappear (HELP ME HERE, ANIWIZARDS) when you click it.

Set each rectangle with an exit animation and then set that animation to be
triggered on click of the rectangle. See here:
