1. If I want to copy a table from an existing .doc to another.doc, is there a
way to repeat the column headings on each additional page that the table runs
onto (similar to xls "rows to repeat at top"?

2. When I am copying and pasting the table to the other document, the last
page of my table is centered vertically. How can I make it begin at the top
of the page?

Thanks.

1. To create repeating heading rows, select the top row(s) of the table and
select Table | Heading Rows Repeat.

2. On the Layout tab of Page Setup, make sure the vertical alignment is set
to Top and not Center.
