Hi All,

In a table in design view how do I display all the field entries so I can
print them.

Either use the database documentor, or CTRL-PRT-SC to capture the screen
then paste into word/paint etc.

Hi Alex,

This only prints what is on screen there are more entries than is shown on
the screen I have to scroll down to see all the records. I was hoping to
print the whole contents in one go.

If you want to perform this action more than once you will need to write
some code, tableDef code to be specific, otherwise I would use the database
documentor and filter on the options that you want.
