Hi All,

I changed the data in a table, the queries updated automatically. But the
reports did not, why is this? and is it possible to make the reports update
automatically.

The reports should update anytime they are run.

Is it possible you are using Word to publish the reports and you are
looking at the old Word file? Once the Word file is created, it is static
and will not change except via Word. If you run the reports again a new
Word file will be created and replace the one there.
