Table properties

How does one get to table properties, that is where I can put Validation
rules. I have read about Alt+Enter but is there no other way using the mouse
or thru some menu? Thanks
 
You can right-click on a table in database window to open the table in
design view.
You can select a table and click on the design button of the database window
