Created a new database, created tables, when I tried to create a form from
the table there are no fields listed to add to the form?

How did you create the form? Is the table the form's record source? Have
you clicked View > Field List?

New Table, New Form, using the form wizard select which table or query to
base the form, on go to next step and there are no fields available to add to
the form

Due to sheer lack of detail the only thing that I can guess is that during
the form wizard you selected a query that had no fields in it. Make sure
that you select a table or query that has available fields.

Both tables and queries have fields in but don't show in form wizard or form
design

I am having the same problem all of the sudden. I have a pretty extensive
table populated with data, but when I try to use the form wizard, I can
select the table from the droplist, however, there are no fields to choose
from. I can however create a form using the AutoForm function, but the
formatting stinks.
