Table of Contents

Table of contents created via Insert>Reference>Index and Tables>Table of
Contents showing page numbers and right aligned. Also format is from
template showing 3 levels. When the table of contents is inserted - headings
1, 2, styles and appendices are regular font. Heading 2 is bold font. Have
tried options, and modify with no luck. Have tried changing heading styles
and no luck. Please advise how we can change the format of the template to
be consistent.

You need to change the TOC styles.

Assuming you have not modified the TOC 2 style, the most likely scenario is
that bold formatting has been applied to your Level 2 heads as direct
formatting (which the TOC will pick up) rather than as part of the Heading 2
style.
