Word 2007 Table of contents problem

Anita

I have set up a table of contents from heading styles using the 'template'
format option. I want my first level headings to show as a different font in
the actual table of contents so modified the TOC1 style but it only changes
the number and not the text. Is this a bug?
Thanks, Anita

it shouldn't be the norm, in any case ... .-)

If the entry in the TOC does not reflect the corresponding TOC style,
I'd hunt for direct formatting in the heading itself (i.e., make sure
there is none).
