Table of Contents and Page Number Location

The standard Table of Contents locates page numbers to the right of the text.
Is there any way to place the page numbers to the left of the text (using
switches, etc.)? For example, a standard entry might look like " Title
.......1 ". Can this be changed to show as " 1 Title " ?
