Hi! Can't figure it out! I have a long document in
which I want to have headers on all but the first two
pages. I was able to remove it from the first page
using 'different first page' but cannot figure out how to
remove it from the second page which is the Table of
Contents. Please make it simple. Thanks!

Very simple, really. When you created your document, at
the end of page one, insert a Page Break - New Section.
Do the same after page 2.

Now you should have three sections.

Go to View Headers and Footers. Section 2 should be
Idential to previous section. Section 3 SHOULD NOT!
Then you can delete whatever is at the top of Section 1
and it will disappear at Section 2, but will remain at
Section 3 and the rest of the document.

Good luck!
