If I chose Update entite table all the tabs disapire:

In the TOC styles, adjust the position of the right-aligned tab stop (which
determines where the page number goes). Since TOC styles update
automatically, by default, you should be able to drag the tab stop (or
recreate it if it is missing) directly on the horizontal ruler.

It is so confusing and I still cant find a right option.

Just place the insertion point in the table of contents, at the appropriate
level, and set a new tab stop or drag the existing one to the desired
location. Repeat for the other levels that you are having problems with.
