Hello,

I'm tracking my customer contact through Access 2003 forms. However it's
not recording all my entries if they are the same as the last entry. Any
thoughts?

Thanks
Jim

The "last" entry in an continuous form or a form in datasheet view is
normally the line for a new record. So you need to manually save the
record and check if all necessary fields where filled correctly.

Stefan,

Thanks for writing. I'm sorry to say I don't understand.

My form has multiple checkboxes so that I can easily disposition customer
contact. If two customers in a row have the same disposition type, the count
does not increase when I pivot table out the access database.

However, if I enter a note in the text fiield or make some other selection,
that record will record.

Can you give me more direction here. And thanks for the help.

I have to admit: so do I.

Two customers in a row? Pivot?
Can you give me more direction here. And thanks for the help.
Can you precisely describe your how your form is build? What kind of
record source have you specified?
