Table information does not show on form view

I am a novice at access and had it set up with the table and a form to look
at the table. I click on a button that says data entry and now my form is
blank and I can not see all the information that is on the table. The table
still shows all the info. What do I do to show the information in form view
again. Please help.
 
Change the DataEntry property.

The Data Entry property doesn't determine whether records can be added; it
only determines whether existing records are displayed.
