Table indexes and images as documentation + online thumbnail

I have several questions.

I have got a document in whicj I would like to insert 10-15 images as
documentation. Doing so I would like to set each picture as a heading, so
that the table index can point to just the picture the reader is looking
after.

The ideal would be a page with all the images as thumbnails.
When the reader clicks on i.e. "questionaire 4" under Documentation that
image would pop up in large size.

So my questions are as follows:

1: How do I set an image as a heading?
2: Can the table index open a picture in full size, even if it is inserted
as a thumbnail?

Yours truly

I don't know how you would accomplish the thumbnails. You can certainly
insert TC fields to have text describing the pictures included in the TOC.
If the TC field has a thumbnail instead of text, this *might* do what you
want.
