Table in Datasheet View

Hi,

I'm working on an Accounting Transactions using datasheet view. What I want
to do is:
I want to copy the original record with multiple records into a new record
and edit the multiple records. Is that possible to do? If so, will the data
affect the form view?

If they are adjacent records you can click in the little square to the left
of the data and the records will be highlighted. Then holding down drag the
mouse so that all of the records you want to copy are highlighted. Copy.
Scroll to a new record and click in the little square to the left of the data
fields and the new record will be highlighted. Click on EDIT - Paste Append.

Please explain what real world problem you are solving with your
application and the area of immediate concern. Also, please include
your table structures; table names, field names and datatypes.
