Table Dialog Box

I just installed the 2003 upgrade. The tables dialog box takes up the entire
screen top to bottom. I can't click any of the buttons in the bottom of the
screen. Any suggestions as to how to make this smaller?
 
Have you installed the Service pack? It makes the dialog a little
smaller. Otherwise the only solution is to increase your screen
resolution.
