dropdown menu too long/large for screen

When I use the table toolbar dropdown menu to edit my tables & cells, it is
too long for my screen and I can't get to the bottom of it to click ok,
format, etc. I can't edit it either because there isn't a double arrow on
any of the four sides of the dropdown box. How can I make it smaller so it
will fit in my screen? I have the frontpage 2003/upgrade.

You do not have the latest Office(FP) SP2 which corrects it
