Dropdown choices populated by a sharepoint 2003 list

Hi All,

I'm new to sharepoint and am struggling to find a solution to this seemingly
very simple problem, ANY urgent help would be greatly appreciated!

I want to populate a dropdown list with the names of all the employees in my
list of current employees stored as a list in sharepoint 2003. The idea is
that, when someone wants to alter details of a current employee, they can
select that person from a dropdown on my "edit employee details page".

-I have a list of employees in sharepoint 2003.
-I have a form where one enters new employee information, i save the form
(it's a list Form in Frontpage)
-I have a form which allows editing of details
- I NEED still a dropdown which is populated with the names of the employees
currently stored in the list
- Such that, a user can locate a current employee, select his/her name in
the dropdown and their information comes up upon selection....
