Table Border dialog Box in PPT 2007

I use a ton of tables in PowerPoint and can't seem to find the Table Border
dialog box like in 2003. Please tell me it is still around. The only way I
can find to do borders now, sucks. Any ideas?

Click in the table. The Table tabs should show up. Select the Design tab.
The tools you need are there (and a whole lot more).
