Table AutoFormat Tool

The Table AutoFormat tool is not working (it's grayed out) since upgrading
to 2003. Will someone please tell me how to get it back. Thanks.
 
Tools Page Options General - turn on the table layout tools
Tools Page Options Authoring - turn on CSS1 and CSS2
The Table Insert Table and enable the layout tools (plus make it the default for all tables)
