Table Alignment Problem

Can someone look at an alignment issue and tell me why this happens.
www.dfwtejanos.com

On the Index (home) page, I want to remove the text (3-paragraphs) that
begins with GoGoGo. When I do this, the In-line Frame (and table/cell that
it is in) shifts downward leaving a large gap between it and the top header
(logo area).

I cant seem to figure this out. The way the tables and cells are nested, it
is confusing. Must be a better way to align things.

Thanks

After you have delete the 3 paragraphs, select the table, then under
properties, remove any height values, do the same for the cells, as well as
making sure that the cell alignment properties, are set to top.

Basically you need to check all cell alignment settings.
