Tab in Excel

When I press the tab key in any excel spreadsheet, it
moves across the whole page instead of just one cell.
Anyone know how to fix this?
 
Tools|Options|Transition Tab|Uncheck "transition navigation keys"

(a holdover from Lotus 123)
