Tab Colour (Access 2003)

Hello,

I appreciate this issue has cropped up many times but i cant seem to get any
of the solutions working in Access 2003.

I would like to change the colour of the tab control from the standard grey
to my off white type colour. I have read that you need to install bitmaps
and change transparency etc but none of this works.

Does anyone know or guide me to a Access 2003 version of a fix?
