T.V. out Function Is Enabled

Video Card: Diamond Stealth 3, 16 MB S540,S3 Graphics, Inc. Savage4.
After installing PowerDVD on a computer running windows XP Pro SP1, the
introduction to the movie, plays fine. When the movie starts up, it stops
and gives the message,"T.V. out function is enabled". The message says that
the discs copy right protection won't let it play (Tomb Raider). I can not
find were to "disable" the T.V. out. Other DVDs will play (Terminator 3).
Any thoughts, comments, or suggestions are needed.

That is the copyright protection talking. There are a couple of ways to
disable TV-Out, but here is what I would suggest doing. Go to
http://www.btinternet.com/~lightning_uk/website/download.htm
and download DVD Decrypter. Copy the movie to your harddrive and watch
it from there. That will remove any copyright protection
