Sysweb.exe and virus

AVG Virus Scan detected a virus in sysweb.exe and
A0038242.exe and quarantined them. I can no longer find
these programs. What are they used for, do I need them
and could that be why I can no longer do a System
Restore? What do you need to do if system restore can't,
but you need to?

Any advice gratefully received!

Hi Andy,

Those files are the virus, you should immediately delete them. If you are
still encountering error messages related to those files, then your cleanup
of the bug is not complete. This link can help with that:
