Hi
Guys i have a problem with my windows 2000 BDC.
I cannot see my Sysvol Folder Shared on My BDC.I can
see it under WINNT/SYSTEM32/SYSVOL,but it is not
shared.when i run netdaig/fix.it is giving me error
that my BDC is not Replicating Properly.

I checked my Sysvol setting in Registry.
H_KEY_LOACL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CURRENT CONTROL SET\
SERVICES\NETLOGON\PARAMETERS\SYSVOL
THE VALUE IS 0.
Do i have to change it.
Please advise.

Regards

Fasahat.

Please take a look at the following MSKB Articles:

So, when you go to your DC and enter in 'net share' you do not see sysvol or
netlogon? If you navigate to it what via Windows Explorer what do you see?
in the way of permissions?

How long has this 'BDC' - and there is no more PDC or BDC in WIN2000 as
these terms and concepts are WINNT 4.0 - been a Domain Controller? Did you
just run dcpromo an hour ago ( or similar ) on it or has this been a DC for
awhile and your problem is just now coming to your attention? And when did
you find this out? And how did you find out about this?

HTH,

Cary
