Systen log filling up with this error every minute?

I have a Windows 2000 Server box that keeps filling up the system log with
the error: Server was unable to allocate a work item 2 times in the last 60
seconds. It writes this event about every minute and a half all day and all
night long even when noone is on the system. I have done a little research
and found a KB article that talks about upping the sytem pages but my setting
was already higher than what is suggested. Is this message cause for
concern? If so what can I do to fix it?

Thanks

Please copy and paste the content complete content of the particular
event here. Just the event in question, not the whole log. If you
double on the error then click on the little icon that looks like two
pages of paper it will copy the error message and you can then paste it
to your reply, once pasted it should something like this example:

Event Type: Information
Event Source: EventLog
Event Category: None
Event ID: 6005
Date: 18/09/2007
Time: 9:04:56 AM

This is popping up in the System log about every minute or two.

I'm not sure how to fix it. Any ideas would be great.

Thanks
