I just recently started getting the following message when I boot up the
computer:

"Systems Battery Low", click F1 Key.

Can anyone tell me what my problem is and how to solve it?

Thanks,

Bob

Most likely this is a warning that the CMOS/BIOS motherboard battery is near
the end of its life and needs to be replaced.

Not surprisingly, it means the system battery is low.

and how to solve it?

Replace the battery. It's a small disk on the motherboard, about the size
and shape of a US quarter. A new one costs $2-4 US.

Unless it's a laptop. Things can get very complicated in this case. Some
use the standard battery and socket, some use proprietary batteries, some
use the standard battery, shrink-wrapped, with a lead coming off of them....

True. I had assumed it was a desktop because in my experience, when asking
questions, most people with a laptop specify it, and without his specifying,
I normally assume a desktop. But it's possible that I'm wrong, so thanks for
the addition.

No problem, I just want to make sure all grounds were covered.. :)
