system32 folder opens on boot

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Ru

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Ru
look good to me, however, other 'command' lines
read... "c:\program files\... will this cause a problem

also, i checked out http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_tweaks.htm line 260..
it told me "this script can not repair your issue. the expected registry value was not found
any help is appreciated
