.
update and run a full virus scan you have a virus and/or
spyware.

so also download and run spybot search and destroy

security.kolla.de
housecall.antivirus.com
pandasoftware.com
www.sarc.com

to remove the system32 on bootup

check hklm and hkcu
software microsoft windows current version run

for a c windows system32 entry and delete it.

Visit http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_tweaks.htm and scroll down
to Item No. 260. In the right column, click on "System32 Folder Opens
Upon Boot". Download this repair file and then run the repair.

Kelly's link, below. Click on "S", then scroll down to your topic.

Greetings --

This can be caused by a blank entry, such as can be left behind by
an incomplete program removal, in the
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run and/or
HKCU\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run keys.
