System32 Folder Opens When Logging on to Windows

microsoft.public.backoffice.smallbiz2000

My sytem32 folder started opening up on startup, but the only reference I
have found regarding technet at the link below, refers to Windows 2000.

Does anyone know how to fix this problem in Windows XP home edition?
