system32 folder keeps popping up

No matter who logs in the computer the system32 folder opens on startup. I
check the startup folder to see if i see anything in there and nothing. Any
suggestion on what is causing this?

This can be caused by a blank entry, such as can be left behind by
an incomplete program removal, in the
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run and/or
HKCU\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run keys.
