SYSTEM32 FOLDER APPEARS ON STARTUP

Every time I log on to my computer, the system32 folder is
automatically opened. It only happens when I log on
myself; other users of the PC have no such problem.

There is no shortcut for this folder in the StartUp
folder. Is it something to do with msconfig (the system
configuration Utility)?

Please help!
