Hi I like to know if you can help solve my problem. I
constantly receive a black screen window that
flashes "Help is avalible at net helpmsg 2310" and at
the top of the pop up windows says " c:\widnows\system32
\cmd.exe. I like to know what is this suppose to mean
and how can I fix this error
 
I've run that and to no avail- it's getting worse. I've done the wormblaster, etc. with no relief. Any ideas?
 
When do you receive this error? Something is trying to run the NET command line utility, which could be innocuous (trying to map to a shared network resource) or it could be something malicious.
