System32 at login

I get a blue pop-up when I log in to Windows for System32
that says "These files are hidden". Any ideas on how to
fix?

Go to the Folder Options applet in Control Panel and uncheck the entries
for hidden files (two places). Also uncheck the box to hide known
extensions.
