Does it matter that didn't back up perfdata files?

Hi all

I have to do some work on my bf's PC, repartioning his hard drive from within XP (using Paragon software), but before I did that wanted to do a backup. For some reason the Windows backup utility wouldn't run, so did a Windows Files and Settings transfer instead, to a network drive. (For what he's got, it's sufficient)

However, I get an error message saying it couldn't back up the following files, and to do so manually. However, when I go looking for them, they aren't there (hidden files are set to show, so its not that). None of the Perflib ones are there, about to look for the other 3... Does it matter if these files aren't backed up??

Thanks all!

[edited to say they all now appear, but won't let me copy to another location as they're "in use". Will these files not being in the backup matter at all?]

Files:
C:\WINDOWS\temp\Perflib_Perfdata_61c.dat
C:\WINDOWS\temp\Perflib_Perfdata_1dc.dat
C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\fidbox.dat
C:\Documents and Settings\daniel\NTUSER.DAT
C:\WINDOWS\temp\Perflib_Perfdata_61c.dat
C:\WINDOWS\temp\Perflib_Perfdata_1dc.dat
C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\fidbox.dat
