I am unable to get to this file.

I think I have some sort of spyware and would like to see where it is.

I have set FileOptions to show hidden files but it is nowhere to be seen.

Can you help please?

Thank you

You need to set the 'show system files', as well as hidden files. On an
NTFS volume you will also have to add yourself to the permissions list,
since it is owned, and can only be accessed, by the user called
'SYSTEM', as default.

That folder contains the System Restore Points. DO NOT attempt to do
anything with it manually (To inspect have Folder Options - View set to
show Hidden files, and *not* Hide Protected mode ones)

The virus will have been copied away in a restore point - it can do no
harm unless you restore to that point. Wait until a new clean point
has been made (check the 'restore now' calendar at
Start - All Programs - Accessories - System Tools - System Restore')
then use
Start - All Programs - Accessories - System Tools - Disk Cleanup
and in the 'More Options' click the one to delete all but the most
recent restore point - the virus will go as well
