You need to add RAM. If the Commit Charge figures of 739,572 is
typical you are heavily reliant on using the pagefile. Using the
pagefile is infinitely slower than using RAM memory.

I am wondering what programmes are being run by you to create such
high commit charge figures?
You should be able to gather more information from Task Manager. With
the Processes tab open select View, Select, Columns and check the
boxes before Peak Memory Usage and Virtual Memory size. What are the
