System Tray Toolbar & Active Desktop behaviors.

System Tray ToolBar Icons Unavaliable (icons grayed).
Folder Options:
Active Desktop
Enable Web content on my desktop - Disabled
Web View
Enable Web content in folders - Disabled
Browse Folders
Open each folder in it's own window - Disabled
Click items as follows
Single-click to open (point to select) - Disabled
Underline icon titles consistent with my browser-Disabled
Underline icon titles only when I point at them-Disabled

Does this behavior occur because of Permission Settings?

P.S. I'm logged on as administrator.
 
Check Group Policy to see what it shows and if everything is undefined try to
enable/disable settings to reverse your restrictions. Use gpedit.msc then user
configuration/administrative templates/desktop - . --- Steve
