System Sudden Activation

Greetings,

After I put my system into suspend mode, all of a sudden,
the system could come back on by itself. What could be
causing this?

I'm using Windows XP Professional SP1

Hi Lawrence,

Many things could cause it. A "wake on..." setting in the BIOS, a task
running from task scheduler, even a bump to the desk that the pc sits on.
