System stops and reboots intermittantly - HELP

I am regularly getting my system just stopping and
rebooting for no reason. It has only started in the last
month. Anyone got any ideas how I can
a) identify the problem
b) solve it ?

P.S. I've switched the system option to reboot off but it
still happens.

Could be related to the latest msblasy worm. Check other posts today for
