System start up

How do I stop a program from loading at start up. I know
I can unclick it in MSConfig. I would like to do it
without fussing with win.ini
? Thanks in advance.
The program \I would like to stop is roxio drag to disc.

You'll need to edit the registry (Warning this can really mess up your PC so
it won't boot if you make a mistake)
Find the key:
"HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run\RoxioDragT
oDisk" and either delete it or what I do is stick a semicolon in front of
the executable path to make not execute.
