System Sounds Not Playing

The WAV file assigned to any given system function will
play manualy. But when that function is actually invoked
durng a session, it doesn't play. This is true for ALL
system sounds.

I did however try turning on the "Guest" user account,
logged on to it and the system sounds play.

Visit Kelly's site www.kellys-corner-xp. com and look for "Where did my sounds
go?" You should be able to straighten it out from there.
