When I go into the windows task manager window, I have noticed that every ten seconds or so my computer starts working at 100% capactiy which slows the whole computer down. It then precedes back down to 2 or 3 percent. I dont have any other programs open that would cause my computer to jump up to that much usage. What can I do to stop this slow down?
